The experiences and exploits of a college grad trying to make it in the "real world:" leaving school and friends in New England, moving south, and living with her boyfriend. Watch as I pretend to be an adult.
I've been having very strange dreams. They're not necessarily bad, but they tend to remind me of that drug trip in that movie I saw when I was on that drug trip. Er...you know. "Reality"- at least my perception of it- flows in and out, scenes take place in strange locations while the characters have even stranger conversations. Despite all this, nothing is surprising or seems unusual to me. I also recall snippets of these dreams at the weirdest times. For example, I had a dream Sat night that involved Elija. I remembered he had responded oddly to some question I'd asked him, but couldn't recall what the question (or his answer) had been. I mentioned it when we woke up, but the details remained locked in that part of my brain that only seems to function when I'm asleep. A few minutes ago, one of my memory circuits must have reconnected, because I remembered his answer:
"No, it wouldn't bother me. After all, I've belonged to someone before."
Ok...Now I really want to know what I asked him.
