    In which I welcome a new arrival


    Today, at some point, a brand new addition to my family will be brought home. Weighing in at 12.6 pounds, my brand new Dell Inspiron 6000 will be waiting for me when I get back from work. A shiney silver caseing will house a Pentium M 1.86 ghz processor, 60 gig harddrive, 256 ram (I plan to upgrade soon, I promise), with a 15' screen and combo CDRW/DVD drive.
    I am ecstatic. I cannot wait. I have been without a laptop for months now, and the thought of finally having one again makes me want to clap my hands and bounce up and down in my seat like a little kid.
    Thanks to Elija, I will have all the $oftware I need at a price that can't be beat (literally). I won't have to borrow other people's computers to get online or type something up. Yay!!!

    In short, what I really have to say is: "Dude. I'm getting a Dell."
