I should probably give a quick update on my life. The big news is we have an apartment. I'm actually sending in the security deposit today. It's relatively quiet, pretty decent looking, close enough to almost walk (and certainly bike) to campus, and CHEAP. I will be paying a grand total $235 a month in rent. Whee! Unfortunately we didn't get the duplex we wanted, but they had townhomes available in the same complex, so I guess we can live without a gas stove and hardwood floors for a year. We'll be moving down to Raleigh the second week in August. I'm really excited! The work on furniture continues. The end tables are nearly done, and we're starting on nightstands today.
