The experiences and exploits of a college grad trying to make it in the "real world:" leaving school and friends in New England, moving south, and living with her boyfriend. Watch as I pretend to be an adult.
A grey and blustery day in the hundred acre woods...
We're having a rare bit of bad weather here in Raleigh- nothing like the blizzard that is supposed to be clobbering the North East, but still, not fun.
We slept in late this morning, had a slow breakfast, and then I dropped Elija off at work and headed to the gym. The place was deserted and I had the entire cardio room to myself. I did my thing, churning out miles on the treadmill with Mike Doughty's "Haughy Melodic" piping through the headphones of my ipod- it was really, really nice.
I came back to the apartment and started snapping photos before I had to pick Elija up on campus- hey, I figure if I can't seem to keep the posts coming I can at least provide you with some little views into my life.
So, here you go: A black and white photo of the sidewalk outside our apartment.
